My fees for psychological evaluations and general psychological services are listed below. Evaluations are billed at a flat fee which includes an intake interview, face-to-face testing, time spent scoring tests and writing reports, and a feedback session to discuss the results. Therapy, consultation, coaching, and follow-up services are provided at the hourly rate listed. My services page can help you decide whether a brief evaluation or a full evaluation would best meet your needs.
I understand the financial challenges families face, and so I am pleased to be able to offer an income-based sliding scale of reduced fees for households earning less than $150,000 per year. I am particularly delighted to offer exceptionally low-cost evaluations for households earning less than $50,000 per year.

In most cases I can offer a 10% discount to families scheduling brief or full evaluations for more than one person. Please note that I am unable to discount low-income evaluations any further, as the quoted rate is already far lower than local market rates.
Payment for services is due at the time of delivery. For brief evaluations and hourly services, you will be billed for the service in full in the same week as your appointment. For full evaluations, you will be asked to pay half the total fee at the initial appointment, and half at the interpretive interview when you receive the results.
I am happy to provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. Just let me know that you need one. I do not bill insurance directly and am not in-network with any insurance companies.
If you qualify for my sliding scale, I ask that you bring proof of income to your first visit. The first page of your most recent tax return is usually sufficient.
If you wish to pay by credit card, you may submit your payment to minds.in.focus@gmail.com via PayPal. Please be aware that if you are not a current client, payments made through this website do not establish a contract or a therapist-client relationship. The therapist-client relationship begins when you and I have thoroughly discussed my services and policies, when we both agree that I am a good match for your needs, and when you have signed a written consent for services. ![]()
